The Ingenuity First PHA consists of the Questionnaire, a Health Screening and Report Delivery.

The PHA questionnaire includes 25 questions on history, health status, behaviors and risks. Ingenuity First also targets readiness to change and productivity, setting us apart from other PHA programs. The process for completing the questionnaire is completely confidential and the employer does not know or see the employee’s individual results. Ingenuity First is HIPAA compliant.

Health Screenings:
We offer the following screenings as a starting point to your good health.
· Complete Lipid Screening - This lipid panel provides a comprehensive evaluation of your lipids including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and a risk ratio.
· Glucose Screening - Fasting Blood Glucose tests are used to determine whether or not individuals are at risk for developing diabetes or who have a pre-diabetes condition.
· Body Fat, Body Mass Index, Height & Weight
· Blood Pressure
· Nicotine blood test
Health Coaching/Report Delivery:
A health screening is just the beginning to a lifestyle change. At Ingenuity First we believe that a stand-alone health screening is not enough.
After a health screening, you need follow-up counseling to help your employee make the right lifestyle changes. That is where the expertise of Ingenuity First health consultants comes into play.
Our health consultants provide 15-20 minute one-on-one report delivery to participants on health risks, behavior change and goal setting based on their individual PHA results. We empower our participants to improve their health.
